The Designer interface is provided to be used as a guideline for your design layout. Your design should have some degree of tolorance built in to allow for the sewing of seams. Place important design elements towards the center. Additionally, as with most design user interfaces, it is easier to work with a larger screen and a mouse.
(*NOTE: This is not a graphics design application such as Photoshop or Illustrator, you may create designs on these applications and upload your designs via ‘ADD IMAGE’ to the Designer Interface.)
As we do not stamp your designs onto existing pre-made products, variations in your design will occur. Although we feel that this adds a cool ‘custom made’ look, we want to be sure that you are aware of it.
We do our best to match the colours of the original artwork you provide. Due to differences in how devices and screen renders colours, the colour space used in your design, and the varied options of devices in the world, please note that we are unable to guarantee an exact colour match.
(P.S. Bold, bright colours works best! Lighter and thiner strokes / colours may not translate as well onto fabric. Giltter and metallic materials may lose their shine when translated onto fabric.)
Sizing information for each product is provided on the product’s page. If you’re not sure about what size to order please email us. We’ll do our best to work with you and answer any/all questions up front so that sizing isn’t an issue.
We take copyrights seriously at Stylizemi and would ike to help you to be safe. It is important that you create something original and that is uniquely yours. Although we are providing you a custom made service, ultimately it is your responsibility for ensuring that you have the rights or license to use the design / works that you upload to us. Note: Likenesses of celebrities, cartoons, slogans, sayings, art, photographs are most probably copyrighted works. Please see our Terms of using our services. Every Stylizemi order is verified, created onto fabric and custom made for the individual who orders it. This means that there will be processing, production and shipping time involved. An estimated delivery date is provided on the product’s page, though many orders ship much faster than that. The production time varies according to the volume of orders that are currently processing.
We are just getting started and adding more shipping locations as we progress. Currently, we are shipping to Singapore and United States of America. To provide the best possible shipping rates, rates will vary depending on the delivery location. Shipping rates are available during checkout. Do drop us a note if you are placing an order outside of these countries.
Your happiness is super important to us! Each and every Stylizemi order is custom made for the individual who orders it, which means that we cannot re-stock and re-sell material that is returned to us. Hence, we are unable to accept returns. If you received a flawed or damaged order, please contact Customer Service within 7 days.
